Like many other mountain communities, Glenwood Springs offers more than 20 outstanding biking trails for families and those who seek more of a thrill. From challenging routes like Grandstaff Trail and Red Mountain Jeanne Golay Trail to more easy going rides like Glenwood Canyon Recreation Trail and Rio Grande Trail, Glenwood Springs provides plenty of mountain biking and road bike opportunities for riders of all abilities.
Due to the mild climate of Glenwood and the introduction of fat biking in winter, the biking season in Glenwood Spring spans all four seasons. For additional biking trails in the area, check out some popular trails in New Castle and Carbondale (Prince Creek Trails and North Face Bike Park).
